We don’t just prepare people for jobs—we unleash possibility.
The Role
We’re looking for a mission-aligned, detail-oriented Recruitment & Employment Specialist to support individuals through every step of their Neighborhood journey—from the moment they apply, all the way through their job search after graduation.
This role blends community outreach and relationship-building with process coordination and documentation. You’ll help identify passionate students, guide them through our admissions pipeline, and support their transition into living-wage employment. If you love connecting people with purpose and tracking real-world outcomes, this is your lane.

Share job leads and support students and alumni in resume-building and job applications
Coordinate with local employers and training providers to identify hiring opportunities
Maintain relationships with hiring managers aligned to Neighborhood’s career tracks
Help organize employer panels, job fairs, and informational sessions
Alumni Outcomes & Reporting
Conduct alumni check-ins at 30, 90, and 180 days post-graduation
Track and report on employment metrics, job placements, and student wage outcomes
Maintain updated dashboards for program evaluation and grant reporting
Assist with occasional alumni engagement opportunities (e.g., workshops, reunions)
